Amazing soup.seriously the best soup I’ve ever had. Went through 8 containers in 2-3 weeks. Its the creamy-ness of white clam chouder, but with the flavor of italian sausage. Plus potatoes and carrots. And its made with milk (not cream), so it feels a lot lighter.
Love it but disappointed –
Bar none the best gluten-free anything I’ve ever had. The disappointing part is that Costco in Las Vegas has discontinued it….
Very disappointed

What a delicious soup! The combo of light creaminess and loads of veggies/sausage is perfect. If you can find, it grab it. As another reviewer wrote, our local Costco no longer carries it.

Ivards makes two versions of “Zuppa Tascana.” At first Costco carried the straight Tascana for a couple of years and then one year they for some reason ordered the “Rustic” version. The straight Tascana is more authentic to the Tascana of Italy and the style of Europe . . . and much better in my opinion. Wish they would switch back.

I usually make my own soups at home. They’re better. But I was busy and saw this and decided to try it. It’s amazing! I don’t think I could improve on it. It’s light but not watery, it’s got lots of vegetables. The sausage is just spicy enough. It’s a great blend. I hope Costco doesn’t drop it (like so many other good things).
