This is so tender and delicious. It has become our traditional Christmas dinner. Everyone I have recommended it to love it! I just wish Costco had it other times instead of just Nov-Dec. Easter would be good, not everyone likes ham.

Hello, I’ve been waiting for you to bring back the Chateaubriand package. It is absolutely delicious and so easy to have as a main course. I can’t find it anywhere. Is Costco planning to have it again?
