This is the best beef shortribs with BBQ sauce I’ve ever had and when I tried to buy more, Costco had changed brands to only have to Al La Carte which is not anywhere as good as the this one. I hope they get more of the Ruprecht’s back in stock.

These ribs were very good; BUT the sauce that comes with then ruined them for ME. Not a fan in the least. Yuck. The sweet and sour flavor didn’t go well together. Maybe just sweet and/or bold smokey. If I try them again I will make sure to use my own sauce. Just my personal opinion. The meat was very tender.
