Literally a 5 star Havarti. Exquisite nutty flavor and a slight crunch like a very good parmesan. Please stock year round. Once you’ve tried the Castello Vintage or Aged Havarti cheeses, you will never be satisfied with any other Havarti.

Is this a seasonal thing? I had it winter of ‘22 and fell in love with it, but then it went away. I saw it again winter of ‘23 and bought twice as much. But then it disappeared again.

Wonderful cheese especially for a Dane like me who doesn’t get a chance to buy much vintage cheese in the US, I wish Costco would carry this all year round, as it is even hard to get at Christmas time when they do sell it, cause it is very popular and goes fast. I agree with all the others who commented on this cheese about it’s taste!
