Quality and packaging have changed. We purchased this cheese weekly and have noticed the cheese is now much more brittle and cut thinner. You can’t even pull off a slice without it crumbling and breaking in pieces. Also, the convenient plastic tub that it used to come in has been replaced with a plastic zipper bag that doesn’t work too well. We also noticed they are packing less cheese and charging more. We love the flavor of this cheese but will be purchasing other brands.

Awesome flavor. Great cheese for the price. Good for snacking or with sandwiches or meals. I would buy it from Costco but unfortunately they don’t carry it right now so hopefully they bring it back. Always bought 2 or 3 at a time because we went thru it so fast. Adam’s reserve sharp cheddar is my favorite sandwich cheese. Please bring this back CostCo.

Love the cheese.
Would just like to suggest/request that the paper between the slices be bigger to make separating easier. As it is it really doesn’t work well.
