Quality and packaging have changed. We purchased this cheese weekly and have noticed the cheese is now much more brittle and cut thinner. You can’t even pull off a slice without it crumbling and breaking in pieces. Also, the convenient plastic tub that it used to come in has been replaced with a plastic zipper bag that doesn’t work too well. We also noticed they are packing less cheese and charging more. We love the flavor of this cheese but will be purchasing other brands.
