Great Cheese, love it! If you like Cheese with a bit of flavor/punch w/o being overwhelmingly sharp or strong, this is it. As a Dane in the US, who loves “stronger” Cheeses this is a must have. I only eat it straight not on bread cause it takes too much off the flavor, it does go well with Rice Crackers though. It is absolutely wonderful to nipple on with a glass of Red wine as it compliments the wine and even makes the wine taste better and soooo smooth!
