Seriously good cheese. Has those really pleasant calcium crystals and a nice sharpness. The price is also fantastic. Hard to find this cheese elsewhere for even twice the price.

Literally a 5 star Havarti. Exquisite nutty flavor and a slight crunch like a very good parmesan. Please stock year round. Once you’ve tried the Castello Vintage or Aged Havarti cheeses, you will never be satisfied with any other Havarti.
