I am extremally disappointed at the discontinuance of the Dodoni feta in brine. I have purchased 3 Kirkland-label feta in brine at different times. It doesn’t live up to Dodoni. It does not have the sharpness expected and loved with feta. It is too smooth and creamy, does not crumble as well, and the crumbles do not hold up under heavier vinegar dressing. Why wouldn’t I just buy a chevre, or even a burrata? I strive to buy everything I can at Costco, but I am going to have to get my feta somewhere else. Thankfully we have a number of resources in Minneapolis. bring it back, make any deal with Dodoni be the exact same recipe/brine, or lose my dollar.
