This is the very best, clean, pure and delicious protein food that’s actually a real meat product. Its a very popular protein food that is used for children and even invalids, in Chinese cuisine as its completely and easily digestible, sprinkled on rice porridge or on buttered bread. But the absolute wonderfulness of this product is that it is GLUTEN FREE, such a blessing to sufferers of celiac disease. I hope that Costco will bring it back regularly and not just during the Chinese New Year time.
