I’ve been buying the Kirkland shredded sharp cheddar
for months, and while it’s definitely a great value, I find that the freshly shredded cheese from
the deli has a creamier texture and melts better for recipes like mac and cheese.
But if you’re looking for convenience and bulk, Costco’s option can’t be beat!
