This roasted duck is fantastic… it’s tender and tasty & not to oily. My only issue is that I purchased a couple of packages last week and there was NO SAUCE in the packages. I need the sauce to enjoy with the duck. No sauce, but the price is the same. Bring back the sauce!!!

Fabulous, we cut it up & cook it into a rice pilaf w/ an onion & Indian spices.
