Our Costco in Redding, CA moved to a new much larger site. I have been going there and finding this Pollyo Ricotta and love it! It was there for a several weeks and then nothing. I asked about it and they said that the Redding Costco put a hold on it because the distributor can’t fill the orders frequently enough. is there any way that this product can return to our Redding, CA. Costco? Thank you.

I used to buy my Poll-O ricotta at Costco all of the time. I have been unable to find at Costco anywhere on along Island in the last several months. Did you discontinue this item? If so, I will stop looking for it !
Same with the Seviroli frozen cheese tortellini
