Breakfast time can be hectic. Make life easier with these peanut butter banana mini naan flatbreads from Costco. These cost less than $0.75 each and take about 3 minutes to make. The peanut butter in this little snack will keep you fuller longer, and with only 330 calories, this is a great healthy on the go breakfast.
Before we get started, no this is not my own recipe. I actually saw this is a recommended serving option on the back of the packaging for the Stonefire Mini Naan Flatbreads. It looked rather easy and I knew the combination of peanut butter and banana was going to be an easy sell for my kids. Plus its fun to sing “banana naan” like Beethoven’s 5th symphony.
Ingredients
This is a rather easy recipe. I purchased all ingredients from Costco. The ingredients I am using today are Stonefire Mini Naan Flatbreads, Bananas, and Jif Peanut Butter.
1 Mini Naan Flatbread (you can substitute any toasted bread)
1 Banana
1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
How to make Peanut Butter Banana Naan Flatbreads
Like I said, this one is quite easy and that is the entire goal of this recipe.
- Toast the mini naan flatbreads on the stove for 1-2 minutes
- While the naan is toasting, cut banana in to slices
- Once naan flatbreads are sufficiently heated and firm on the bottom, remove from heat.
- Spread peanut butter on the flatbread and place bananas on top

Ingredients
- 1 Mini Naan Flatbread Substitute with any sliced bread
- 1 Banana
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
Instructions
- Toast the mini naan flatbreads on the stove for 1-2 minutes.
