  • Using a large saute pan, heat the pan to medium-high.
  • Chop chicken and broccoli to more manageable pieces.
  • Add in oil.
  • Add vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the chicken and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the noodles and sauce and cook for 1 minute until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
