- 1 Costco Tomahawk Steak
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Liberally Season Tomahawk Steak with salt and pepper or desired seasoning
- Set grill to medium heat
- Cook for 8 minutes
- Flip and cook for 8 additional minutes
- Cook the outer sides/edges for 6 minutes.
- Remove at 120°F and let rest. Slice and then serve
